Elisenda Calvet Martínez

Elisenda Calvet Martínez is assistant Professor of International Law and co-director of the Legal Clinic for the Fight against Impunity of the Faculty of Law at the University of Barcelona (Spain). She has worked for the Spanish Red Cross, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, and the United Nations Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner. Her main lines of research are transitional justice, enforced disappearances, genocide, human rights, international humanitarian law and international criminal law. She is a member of the Executive Board of the International Association of Genocide Scholars (IAGS), member of the Historical Memory Commission of the Barcelona’s Bar Association and member of the Scientific Committee of the Enforced Disappearance of Minors Observatory of the University Rovira i Virgili (Spain).
