Forcible Child Transfer and the Genocide Convention through Historical and Contemporary Lenses
Shushan Khachatryan, PhD in History of Religions, senior researcher and head of Armenian Genocide Victims’ and Survivors Documentation and Research Department at the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, Yerevan.
Studied at the Faculty of Theology at Yerevan State University (BA, MA, PhD – 2005-2015). In 2018 defended PhD thesis on “The Issues of Religious Studies of the Armenian Genocide.”
Her professional interests and research are on Armenian Genocide Studies, Religious and theological studies of genocides, Jewish-Christian relations, Muslim-Christian relations, Philosophy of History, historical and modern persecutions of Christians.
She is author of 17 scientific articles, a monograph and a collective monograph.
